Your experience begins when you request an appointment and submit the online consultation form which takes the place of an in person consultation. I’ll be sure to get back to you within 24hrs. I also offer online booking, so after your initial visit, you can book future appts through my website at your convenience. (What else are you doing when you can't sleep at night?)
Prior to your first visit, you'll receive a Personalized "Welcome Text" from me, asking you to choose your amenities to make your visit more comfortable. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a light snack, seasonal beverages, your favorite playlist, and complementary wi-fi, chargers for your devices. Then, we will discuss your hair goals and create a plan before beginning.
During your visit, there will be soft music of your choice as well as a relaxing shampoo with dry brushing, scalp or hand massage including Ayurvedic essential oil. Be prepared to be spoiled, and leave feeling pampered and refreshed!

SO, you’re here for a Color Service…
I believe everything happens for a reason, and whatever that reason might be, I’m so thankful! Finding a new stylist is stressful… I get it but allow me to put your mind at ease and make the transition easier.

For your first visit, you can expect to spend a three-hour minimum for any color service. *Please note that guests needing corrective color may take several visits to reach their desired goal. I aim to provide quality service for each guest and to always maintain your hair’s integrity. Rome wasn’t built in a day, so please trust the process!

We’ll discuss both an immediate plan, as well as any long-term goals. That way, there will be no surprises. I’ll Price out your service before beginning as best I can unless unexpected challenges arise.

MY Scandinavian Scalp Treatment will identify challenges that maybe interrupting hair growth
by using a microscope to analyse the hair follicles, allowing us to see up close and create a plan to get your hair growing again! Is it health related, dry scalp, dandruff, oily or perhaps bacteria build up?

When you arrive for your appointment, please park on the street and follow the sidewalk to the salon entrance.

At this point, Masks are no longer mandatory, however I do ask that you wear one if you are having ill symptoms or have been exposed to Covid recently. (Please understand, my concern is due to our close proximity for the duration of your visit.)

For the safety and relaxation of each guest, I ask that you come alone to your appt.

I strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere and so I ask that you text upon arrival and I will come to greet you.

If you’re running late please notify me via the cell # I will provide to you the day prior so we can either modify or reschedule your appointment.

Please allow 48hrs to cancel your appointment to avoid a rebooking charge.

Should you cancel your appointment within less than 48hrs notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply and be due before a new appointment is scheduled. (Please inform me If cancelling due to illness.)
